Paseo Closed

One of Seattle’s most beloved eateries has mysteriously and abruptly closed its doors this past Tuesday. Paseo, known for its melt-in-the-mouth Cuban sandwiches and ‘round the block lines, has closed operation in both its Fremont and Ballard locations for reasons unknown. PNA Wine Tasting this Saturday

The Phinney Ridge neighborhood association is having their annual wine tasting this Saturday, from 7:30-10PM, at 6532 Phinney Ave N. Savor fine wines and hor d’erves while catching up with friends, and getting to know your neighbors. Interested locals can purchase tickets here; your entry fee will include 10 tastings, hor d’erves curtosy of Bill Drummond Catering, and live Jazz music presented by Live Wire. Tickets are $25 for PNA members, and $30 for the general public; designated drivers enjoy a discounted  $10 entry.

Greenways Coming Soon to Phinney Ridge

The city of Seattle is planning 11 miles of “greenway” through 7 neighborhoods around Seattle, including the Phinney Ridge- Greenwood area. Nordstrom Testing Out Same-Day Delivery in Green Lake

Are you a fan of Nordstrom? Now, Nordstrom is testing out same-day delivery in select Seattle neighborhoods, including Green Lake, Fremont and the nearby neighborhoods. For just $10, you can place an order before noon and have it delivered to your doorstep by 6pm. Nordstrom will even offer Sunday delivery to your Green Lake residence. It’s just another way that Nordstrom is going above and beyond in providing superior customer service for its Seattle and Green Lake clientele.
