Live Around Green Lake
The Green Lake Seattle neighborhood is a beautiful place to live. With multiple acres of properties lining the lake, there are plenty of homes with gorgeous views of the green lawns and sparkling water of the park and lake.
Coffee shops, restaurants, shops, and businesses line the east edge of Green Lake, offering plenty of opportunities to enjoy the commerce of the neighborhood in addition to the lakeside activities.
The 2.8-mile asphalt path surrounding the lake is ideal for outdoor activities of all kinds, from jogging or walking to cycling, rollerblading or skateboarding. At the playing fields on Green Lake’s southeastern shore, school sports teams as well as community teams can enjoy baseball, soccer, and other sports games. A playground rests just east of the Green Lake Bathhouse for the enjoyment of children and young people.
During the warmer months, swimming, kayaking, and other boating and lake sports become prominent Green Lake activities. The park and path, however, are year-round attractions to this quiet, beautiful Seattle neighborhood.
